Jacqueline Corbin-ArmstrongEvermore Vice Chair, Child Fatality/Case Practice Specialist, DC Office of Planning, Policy and Program Support, Child and Family Services Agency

Ms. Corbin-Armstrong is currently a Child Fatality/Case Practice Specialist with the DC Office of Planning, Policy and Program Support at Child and Family Services Agency. Previously she was the Fatality Review Division Program Specialist for Child and Infant Fatalities with the DC Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. She has over thirty years of experience addressing social well-being, medical, continuum care and legal issues related to education, mental health, child, family and adult social services. She has volunteered for international initiatives related to micro-lending, decreasing gender-based violence, gender equity, and cultural healing. More recently, she has provided psychological support for families who lost a loved one to COVID-19 in D.C.

Eric GuichardEvermore Treasurer, Founder & CEO, Homestrings, Financial Entrepreneur

Mr. Guichard is a perpetual financial entrepreneur with extensive expertise in international finance. He is the Founder and CEO of Homestrings, Inc., a Diaspora investment advisory platform. Before Homestrings, Mr. Guichard was the Founder and Chairman of GRAVITAS Capital, an institutional asset management company he created in 1996. He has served as a technical advisor to sovereign and multilateral institutions worldwide, including the World Bank. Mr. Guichard has been recognized for his financial innovations and was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” from the London-based African Diaspora Awards in 2013 and the “African Financier of the Year” Award from the Association of African-Owned Enterprises, UK, in 2014. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes – Africa Magazine, CNBC, Euromoney Magazine, BBC Television, and BBC Radio, among others. Mr. Guichard is a graduate of universities domestically and abroad, including Harvard Business School. He earned an MBA and the World Bank Scholar and Harvard Fellowship awards.

Princess HyattExecutive Director & Head of School, Grace Academy

Ms. Hyatt is the Executive Director and Head of School at Grace Academy, an all-girls private school dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Through her work, she is enriching and empowering girls and women to pursue their intellectual pursuits with confidence and curiosity. In addition, she serves Greater Hartford in a number of pursuits, including the Urban League of Greater Hartford and The African American Development Officers Network. She received her B.A. in English from Pine Manor College and M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Bay Path University.

Joyal MulheronEvermore Secretary, Founder & Executive Director

Ms. Mulheron spent twenty-five years advising high-ranking politicians, including governors and The White House, and translating basic science into public policy. She has enjoyed leading significant initiatives for the National Governors Association, the National Academies of Science, and the American Cancer Society. Ms. Mulheron holds a master’s in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and degrees in Biochemistry and English from Virginia Tech, as well as a minor in Chemistry. After a series of high-profile death events and the death of her daughter, Ms. Mulheron founded Evermore to change policy, advance research, and improve the lives of bereaved children and families.
